Who cares what YOU are waiting for? The lawsuits and criminal complaints are with corresponding affidavits are being filed. So it will be up to courts to do so. Because the allegations include denial of federal civil rights (a crime) and this is a federal election, it is entirely correct for the Attorney General and DOJ to intervene and investigation - including preserving evidence.
