What does your immigration status have to do with your ability to drive?
 

Your article states that this applies to immigrants whose status allows them to work in the US, meaning they hold a lawful status that grants work authorization....Green Card, Work Visa, etc. So what would be the downside of allowing them to be driving instructors?
 

It hasn't been that long ago that an immigrant trucker killed 2 sisters and another girl in Central Illinois. Injured another 12. Skipped the country and hasn't been heard from since.

Of course. A few years before the incident I spoke of, an Illinois State cop killed two sisters also. Driving well over 100 mph, no lights or sirens, on his phone.

Objectively? It likely happens less often than with citizens.

Edit: Neither of the incidents to which I referred can be described as merely "getting into a car wreck". They were both due to the deliberate, reckless actions of another individual.
 
There is no point in rhetorically singling out immigrants.
 
Should we ban everyone from being driving instructors?
Afterall, citizdens have killed others in vehicle accidents.

How do we get instructors if we ban any species that has vehicular accidents?

A DACA recipient can get employment authorization. They do not hold a lawful status.
 
Are you saying that immigrants (legal or illegal) are causing more accidents than US citizens?
