If you believe on The Great Replacement Theory, what are your arguments?

"If you believe on The Great Replacement Theory, what are your arguments?"

The Democrats can't seem to stop talking about it.
You... Posted two examples from republicans... They are literally blaming JOE BIDEN. Otherwise i dont see your point.

The context is that when walking down the street it is nearly impossible to identify an ethnic Irish person, while very easy to identify an ethnic Nigerian.

So over time it becomes difficult to continue racial biases against Irish, while easy to do so against ethnic Nigerians

Well yes, obviously.

It's also considerably easier to integrate an Irishman into English customs - where there is quite a bit of overlap - versus integrating an African ethnicity into English customs, where (at least originally) there was very little overlap and shared history. My broader point is that racial & ethnic tribalism seems baked into the human biological cake.

The integration is easy for both, over two or three generations, it is the acceptance of the group that tends to limit integration.

A person speaking with a thick Irish accent trying to get into a bar could be stopped if no Irish were allowed ( which did occur) but a second Gen Irish would likely speak the same as a 2nd Gen English person making stopping the person much harder. A 2nd generation Nigerian will be easily identified as being different and would be prevented from entering the bar if no Africans were allowed.

Fear of the other is baked into human nature, tribalism is just who you associate with, which can be a wide group or a narrow group

Getting rid of people that sneak in isn't replacing anything.
When they were the party of the working-class, Democrats were huge supporters of securing the border and removing illegal aliens who took American jobs because of their union base. It was the Republicans who were more likely support illegal immigration because businesspeople (who tended to vote red) wanted the cheap labor.

Great White Replacement Theory is not a theory, it's happening right before our eyes. Thankfully Donald Trump is rounding up lots and lots of black n brown people and shippin' 'em out and bringing in white South Afrikaners to correct the imbalance.
Filling in for @BitterPill tonight? ;)
