Do those who have already been forced to take the vaccine against their will have legal justification to bring law suits against their employer? Especially those who have documentation showing their request for exemption was denied so they took the jab to save thier jobs?
I would think so.
What say you?
One could rightfully argue the employer only issued the mandate under the direction of the Federal Government pending law that was ruled UC.On what grounds? Their employer ALREADY can require vaccinations.
Other than recent events in Federal CourtNo reason to believe it ill fail.
There is a long legal history of the courts upholding employers right to set conditions of employment, vaccinations being one of those conditions.
So they would sue the federal government or the employer? One could rightfully argue the employer only issued the mandate under the direction of the Federal Government pending law that was ruled UC.
Nobody has been forced “against their will” to be vaccinated. They chose to be vaccinated rather than losing their jobs.Do those who have already been forced to take the vaccine against their will have legal justification to bring law suits against their employer? Yup, the law supports the employers on this.On what grounds? Their employer ALREADY can require vaccinations.

But it did fail. I’m giving folks a chance to defend their obvious lack of judgement. No reason to believe it will fail.
Not surprised considering the far right controlled Supreme Court. But it did fail. I’m giving folks a chance to defend their obvious lack of judgement.
Why would they. Kind of OSHA lightNot surprised considering the far right controlled Supreme Court.
All the far right SC basically said was that the government could not mandate it.
Individual companies can indeed mandate themselves that all employees are vaccinated.
And increasingly companies are doing just that.
Why would a company want their employee base to be vaccinated, healthy, and able to work at no cost to them? Why would they. Kind of OSHA light
CommunismWhy would a company want their employee base to be vaccinated, healthy, and able to work at no cost to them?
That seems obvious.
And companies are required to provide a safe workplace for their employees.
On what grounds? Their employer ALREADY can require vaccinations.
If employers can mandate vaccines, then they should be liable for lawsuits if the person develops a condition from the jab to keep their job.
Fair?
Should employers also be responsible to not taking precautions and employees getting sick?
I asked you a question.....................answer it and we can go forward.
Given the rationale given in cases already heard, no they are not liable..
