I get it that you don't like Trump but Garcia who is the one who has entered the country illegally.

That is irrelevant to his being granted protection from deportation. The whole system of refugee laws and treaties was set up to deal with the irregular nature of refugee flight. When granted protection that made him here legally, much like say, Cubans who arrive at US shores without permission. That’s why the judge ordered him returned to the US.
