There is no "might", CALL YOUR DOCTOR. The moment you feel anything resembling a loss of consciousness, you should call your doctor or an ambulance; especially if it comes on strong.
 
There can certainly come a point where doctors are useless. Thanks for sharing this moment.
 
It's not easy. Some things cannot be changed. Time and tide wait for no one.
