Howard Dean: NYC Mosque a "Real Affront" - Political Hotsheet - CBS News

Why are conservatives such hate-filled bigots?

Ted Olson lost his first wife Barbara on 911, he supports Obama.

Who disagrees with what Obama said? No one I know of.

This isn't a political issue, and for the most part it really isn't about tolerance of Islam. There are two factors at work here: what people believe the intentions behind the mosque are, and what people believe the response to the mosque will be. These things do not have clear conservative/liberal divisions, though differences in their outlook on human nature surely color their responses.
