Says he who has ridiculously made the claim that the EU's chaotic vaccine rollout is because of the EU's altruism and "Johnson forces Astra Seneca to not hold on their treaties".

The EU does not "rollout" the vaccine, it buys it and distributes it to member nations. How is it the fault of the buyer if the seller can't deliver the contracted amount?

Member nations are the ones rolling it out and in most countries they are doing great with what stock they have.

As for AstraZeneca...the company from the start was used as a political football by the Boris administration, which meant they clearly rushed things and hid things.. and that has come back to bite them in the ass.

I doubt that you have any idea at all what makes a successful businessman.

You will certainly not find them online making simple minded, childish and snide one liners.

Thanks for the smile.
:giggle: The partner has a 1st class MBA. Do keep doubling down; the casino must love you.

only dumb persons yell

Lol! Nobody is yelling. Unless, of course, you can hear me from here in Australia.

It seems that you now want to run away because you can't back up your claim that "Johnson forces Astra Seneca to not hold on their treaties".

Making up stories is not debate.

You are obviously conveniently ignoring the fact that the EU placed their order with AstraZeneca a whole THREE MONTHS after the UK.

Now you want to blame the manufacturer because they are busy fulfilling orders that were placed by more efficient buyers who got their orders in earlier.

the company from the start was used as a political football by the Boris administration

And your proof of this is?

Making up things doesn't impress anyone here.

The EU does not "rollout" the vaccine

Really? I haven't the time to waste on silly claims. Why not take that up with the Financial Times or Deutsche Welle?

"EU vaccine rollout: 5 takeaways"

"Britain outperforms EU in vaccine rollout"

okay - I was reported for baiting and trolling - no clue who could have been that

DP get´s the "Debate" it want´s to have - probably that was wrong again and I´ll get banned now, but I need a break anyway - the reasonable posters are mostly gone and you read Litwin, Tangmo and Ginza style debates exclusively now

Not ignoring anything. When they ordered the vaccines from AstraZeneca is irrelevant. AstraZeneca agreed to deliver X number of dosis at a certain date. They have not lived up to that contractual agreement.

And by the way.. according to some the UK paid 3 times the price of the EU. And that brings me to the next bit... the UK ordered AstraZeneca before anyone else, because.. drumroll... it was the "Oxford" vaccine they had been promoting for months.

And your proof of this is?

Making up things doesn't impress anyone here.
You clearly have not seen the British press and government spokesmen when talking about AstraZenca. The health Minister has said many a time that the Oxford vaccine was an example of British superiority... and worse.

Again, the EU has nothing to do with rolling out the vaccine. I dont care what the media says, the facts are clear. The EU buys the vaccine, and sends it to member countries, who then "roll it out".

only dumb persons yell - and you proove it with any post - my time is too short for a sensless propaganda war - so have your fun here, you only have two "debate" - partners left and I´m sure they will get tired of your claims soon. Than you can read your own posts all day long and claim you were right. Seems that´s your wet dream.
You are coming across as a bit of a mummy’s boy. Stop being so precious, the debate/arguments here are just a bit of fun ...trying to block people out of debate is pathetic and pointless.

It would be pretty pointless coming here to agree with people...how ****ing boring would that be.🤣😂😇

I dont care what the media says

You care. ...especially as you can't denigrate the source, as you usually do.

They clearly expose your claim as nonsense.

The health Minister has said many a time that the Oxford vaccine was an example of British superiority..

Wow! Yet another grand claim with no hint of any proof.

Please link to where he has said "the Oxford vaccine was an example of British superiority."

When they ordered the vaccines from AstraZeneca is irrelevant.

You are showing massive ignorance of how business works. When you place an order THREE MONTHS before someone else you will obviously receive that order before those who placed their orders later.

AstraZeneca agreed to deliver X number of dosis at a certain date.

Again, have you proof of this?

The MD of AstraZeneca has said (Read my link upthread) that no supply date was given.

Actually, who cares about AZ, besides contracts.
The largest vaccine factory in Europe, which includes the UK, has been certified by EMA and has been producing since Feb.
BioNtechs's Marburg plant. Now those millions of doses can be distributed. EMA approved bioNtech for -20 degrees storage, same week.

Lets's be honest nobody has seen any contracts, neither AZ, b/P, or Moderna. They are kept very close under wrap.

AZ is a very good vaccine, not top notch, but the company made serious mistakes in Phase 3 and than masaged the figures, for promotion.
First chapter of : how do I ruin my reputation

Have you any proof that the figures were massaged?

If so, please link to it.

Why the hell is everyone posting in bold text?

The hysterics started when I asked him to back up his claim :

"Johnson forces Astra Seneca to not hold on their treaties"

This is supposed to be a forum for debate. Opinions are welcome but false accusations certainly are not.

Their 'Internet for dummies' course told them it's what the cool kids do to make their posts stand out.

And they always scream for links and can not do their own research, low information if it does not fit their view.

And they always scream for links

Er, only when others are suspected of posting fake news.....which has been happening far too often here lately.

And nobody is screaming....even the bitter Remainers only cry softly to themselves.

You need to be less fearful.

A course you are obviously very familiar with!

Kaboom!

We’re still not starving to death and have better access to vaccines than anywhere else in Europe. Looks like the Remainer hopes are ending in failure and tears...
