How to create a small fortune.

That's how a normal person thinks. But we aren't part of the very insecure rich.

You obviously haven't observed that the more the rich have, the more they want. Nothing else. They have to have bragging rights. Having more money than they could possibly spend in their lifetime isn't enough if they aren't part of the .1% or in the top ten (not percent) of the richest in the world. Which to me, speaks a lot about their insecurity. Almost all of them are men, of course. I can only guess at why that is.

Likely a combination of various factors, such as being better than other billionares in doing business, satisfying other investors, satisfying even their employees, and so on. But the bulk of earnings come from financial gambling.

Almost all are men because they've been dominating for centuries, but recently it was reported that around half of managers in several industrialized countries are women, and they are also taking over in universities. One writer theorized that it has to do with stereotypes involving managing homes, taking care of families, and learning crafts, reading, writing, etc. Apparently, these are basic skills connected to corporations.
