What kind of interest might that be? She seems to be an advocate for Conservative causes rather than having a financial interest that I can see. Perhaps you know more?

it's a stupid suggestion and you want it to happen because you hate the fact that Justice Thomas supports the constitution as it was intended to be interpreted-thus standing as an obstacle to the creeping crud of collectivization

I remember this question being raised about Ginni’s work against ACA when the legislation was challenged in court.

I also heard the Fresh Air interview with Jane Mayer and was struck by the fact that her lobbying/consulting business is structured in such a way that her clients did not have to be made public. Given who her husband is, she has put effort into making her work as opaque as possible. Evidently the Mr. agrees.

I did not mention a financial interest....though by securing favorable opinions at the SC, she does increase her value on the market.

I can only suggest you try reading up a bit.

I read the story and it talks about her views but didn’t indicate how there could be a conflict of interest for Justice Thomas. Since all you can suggest is the very vague “read up a bit,” I’ll trouble you no further looking for clarification.

Hi!

I feel that since Dr. Biden is happy when people call her that, we should do it.

It causes no harm.

That is a small price, IMHO, to make another human being feel proud of herself.

1. When I worked at a certain job, there was a non-medical "Dr." whom I always addressed verbally and in writing thusly. No one else did. I think that it made him happy.

2. Here in Los Angeles, the head of the country health department is a "Dr." who got her doctorate in "social welfare." Of course, some people have asked why she is heading this area's COVID efforts.
