Hi Rumpel,

Only you can open a thread and open 2 cans of worms at the same time. Honestly, I am uninformed on the subject and still reading, but that much is already clear. Very fascinating. But I better keep my mouth shut on the subject for now.

myself i did not know yHooton, only Kaufman and Morgenthau.

Neither of those plans was nice to the Germans,
