As such, you should not be arrested for protesting a soldier's funeral. BTW, another obvious thing you missed, it isn't "still freedom of speech". When you are using government force to prevent the free exercise of a right, it is no longer free. Ergo if you use the government to prevent someone from exercising freedom of speech, it is no longer freedom of speech.
