Honda has tested a small reusable rocket demonstrator (it's obviously too small to go to orbit, but is meant for test demonstration purposes)

Honda?!!! The car company?

I had not heard that car companies were interested in this kind of thing. Is Honda the only one? It just seems a little far afield of their lane.

Honda was an incredible innovator in the 90s. Much like Elon Musk is today. All it takes is: Good ideas + unlimited budget + drive to get thing to completion.
