I hope this is the appropriate spot for this thread, it is very philosophical in nature.

Has anyone ever experienced a Quantum Hypnosis Healing Technique (QHHT) session before? As I understand it, the technique is fairly new, but I have heard a lot of good about them. I have one scheduled for early December and was wondering if anyone might give me the benefit of their experience if they have ever had one done. Not only does it involve the higher self or subconscious but also healing and past life regression. Making one much more centered and focused. Any helpful knowledge in this matter or this technique would be most appreciated.

I have not. But hypnosis worked for me. I was 18. It was done by a family friend who was a hypnotherapist. He was Party entertaining, and my mom asked him if he could hypnotize me to have me quit smoking. He said, “Not in one session, but I can make it very expensive for her to SMOKE...” I don’t even remember his words or anything, but the upshot was that, when Imgot halfway done with a cigarette, it would taste very hot.

I quit smoking much later in life for ten years. Started again at 50. Quit for three years and then found out the damage was already done and just recently started again.

Here’s a photo of those nasty butts from this morning. You’ll notice they’re very close to the same length. Wish I’d have gone for follow-up sessions to quit at 18...



Obviously I think hypnosis works. Good luck.

That is what they are calling it. So that is what I am calling it too. They call it QHHT, so that is what I will call it too. I am merely repeating what they call it.

Thank you, MaggieD. I guess one thoughtful reply out of four is about par for any thread here. Yes, I can see it most definitely did work for you to a point. Maybe if you got one of those snuffer thingys it might help to save more of the cigarette. My wife quit smoking through hypnosis but the guy was one-on-one with her and she said it took about two hours. But it definately worked for her.

Now she is just addicted to chocolate and has no plans to ever quit. I am not allowed to even bring any into the house. Glad I have a private stash I can nibble on in private in my man cave.

however, by the time the hypnotist got around to 'curing' them of the desire to smoke, it seems there was a loud, ongoing commotion in the adjoining room, which prevented her being able to go under
no subsequent hypnotic attempts worked thereafter
she had to quit on her own, in the past few months, 20 years after those earlier efforts

while i doubt the healing abilities of Quantum Hypnosis Healing Technique to do any actual healing, i very much believe in the power of one's positive outlook to often aid in promoting better health outcomes
so, if Quantum Hypnosis Healing Technique is needed to generate that positive outlook, then it will have been a positive experience to that extent

Actually, justabubba, that is exactly what she said. She told me I will be telling myself to do what is needed. She said the hypnosis does not make one a mindless zombie following orders, but yourself being raised to a more concience level, what they call the higher Self, and that higher self inside you will be talking to your other self and convincing it to do what you need to do.

So yeah, you hit it right on the head as to how they told me it works. Pretty insightful, friend.

This is a doozy. A firm who bombards beauty products with tachyons. Why they have not won the a Nobel prize is a mystery to me. Some of the drugstores in my area sell these products and I have had a few discussions with pharmacists who had no idea about tachyons being hypothetical particles.

While she defintely added a whole bunch of woo to hypnosis, it has been shown that hypnosis will help some people

I have known people who have been helped by hypnosis. I would go to an ordinary non-woo flinging hypnotist.
