That is exactly why the owners of the largest networks have all signed on to supporting NNL. Why settle for erecting easily circumvented toll booths on their own networks when they can use lethal force to eliminate competition, claim the entire Internet as one big toll booth, and split the proceeds?

Those who are anti-corporate in addition to those who are pro-free speech should fight this as much as possible.

Okay maybe I am wrong but that is exactly the opposite of what net neutrality is no? Or am I reading it wrong?

Is not the whole point to protect the consumer against abuse by the companies?

It's largely ambiguous. The term almost means jack anymore.
