So far it seems that the Democrats are making all sorts of allegations in the hopes that one of them will stick. Kinda like the lawfare they engaged in after Trump came out of office. Much is going to be decided in the courts on these issues, and I reserve judgement until the courts have rules and the appeals process as reached its end.Unless he tries to do so outside the constraints placed on him by the Constitution.
