well he should be tried and convicted before being executed and returned to mexico, that's in keeping with basic constitutional rights, human rights don't exist, you have exactly zero rights on the basis of being a human, you only have rights by living in a society that chooses to recognize you have them btw.

Damn! Human rights dont exist. Man! Someone should tell human rights lawyers!
But anyways, negative and positive rights are not mutually exclusive and have and do exist together in society.
San Francisco killing: Gun belonged to federal agent - CNN.com
this is turning into a True Detective episode. and it will gain momentum and become a BIG part of the upcoming election. It could really give the GOP candidates traction, no doubt.
FWIW -
Fox has a bit more detail as to the gun's history, and the defendant's narrative of the homicide:
Foxnews.com - 'Gun allegedly used by San Francisco shooting suspect belonged to federal agent, source says'
BSSanchez had previously told KGO-TV Sunday in a mix of Spanish and English that he found a gun wrapped inside a shirt while he was sitting on a bench at the pier and smoking a cigarette.
"So I picked it up and ... it started to fire on its own," Sanchez said, adding that he heard three shots go off.
I'm pretty sure hunting sea lions is illegal in CaliforniaA source familiar with the investigation told the San Francisco Chronicle that Sanchez said he was at the popular pier to shoot at sea lions, and discarded the firearm after realizing he had shot Steinle.
Ummmm I did blame the killer. I also blamed the policies (which Democrats support. If you forgot, those are the people you vote for while you pretend Republicans are racist and mean and hate babies or something) that enable him to continue to come back into this country and commit heinous crimes.
How do you think people who should not be owning firearms are able to own firearms. Because the system for keeping firearms out of unlawful hands is terrible. I say this, and I will keep saying it. The only way to get a handle on the proliferation of firearms in this country is a registration and accountability system.
So again. What happened to personal responsibility? You're still blaming society...
Of course they do.as a reality they do not, they are an invented concept.
one should go ask those in IS controlled Iraq how their human rights are working out this week. rights need to be enforceable or else they don't exist.
Depends on how this man got a hold of this gun. Should definitely be an investigation. So the federal agent should be held accountable,
:tongue4:and of course all federal agents should have their guns confiscated. They are obviously too irresponsible to have guns.
Of course they do.
So its okay for us to execute this man without a trial? Because natural rights say so? And something about human rights and IS?
We are. Maybe Democrats should admit their policies suck....I mean holy ****....this mother****er is in the country AGAIN due to a sieve border and a refusal to deport and prosecute....things Obama is calling "discretion" on his part (its not really discretion, it is de-facto legislation, illegal and Unconstitutional by the way, not that Obama has ever respected the Constitution, it was written by white men after all). Josh "not so" Earnest is blaming Republicans! What in the hell did Republicans to do enable this? They want to lock the border down and keep maggots like this murderer OUT of the United States. So what exactly are you ****ing talking about, socialist?

since society is responsible for a mope being a mope, the victims of said scumbags are just paying for society's failure to treat the mope properly

no one said execute him without trial.
The man was deported five times, I don't quite know how "liberal policies" could have allowed or prevented his actions. Illegal immigrants have committed crimes before in Conservative areas with strict laws against immigration and it'll probably happen again. It's an absolute tragedy but I don't think using it to try and stir things up in Capitol Hill makes much sense.
Man. Politics in your world must be soooo simple.
Do you support him going through the proper justice procedures? Or do you think that since he was already found entering the country illegally, and that human rights supposedly dont exist in your opinion do you support him going through the proper justice procedures set up in this country?
like the Fed Gov has for their agents guns that worked SOOOO WELLL here right? :doh
good point. too bad so many liberals would blame the NRA or the gun maker! the killer needs to be returned to mexico-one piece at a time. the agent may be blameless or should be brought up on charges. there is something to be said for deported felons who return being fair game
He should go through the regular procedures in this country for conviction and execution, if the prosecutor chooses to seek the DP.
I am only making the point about human rights because that's the type of language people use when they want to insist America has inadequate constitutional protections
Was it his personal firearm, or a firearm used for duty. I know for the police and the military, they generally have very strict accountability procedures for firearms used on the job. That's why you rarely hear of a firearm being used to commit a crime being traced back as a police officers firearm (not personal firearm). And you rarely ever hear of a firearm from a military base being found to have been used in a crime outside the base.
