Gun grabber Biden is hot on the trail again

With the shooting in Colo, gun grabber Biden is hot on the trail of gun owners. The 2nd amendment can be damned, according to Biden.

How ever I do say we need gun control. Here is my plan.

Hold up a Quick shop and have a gun and not shoot it -------------5 years additional to the sentence for the robbery. To be served consecutively.
Hold up a Quick shop and shoot the gun but hit on one-------------10 years additional.
Hold up a Quick shop and shoot some one---------------15 years additional.
Hold up a Quick shop and shoot some one and maim that person--------------50 years additional.
Hold up a Quick shop and kill some one. Immediate death penalty. The Death penalty to be carried out with in 3 months of the killing.

Now this is gun control that will work. No left wing judge, jury, or whining defense Att could set aside these rules. All sentences to be serve consecutively. Death penalty AUTOMATIC.

Biden and his stupid gun control crap dont work!!!!! CRIMINALS DONT OBEY LAWS NO MATTER HOW MANY YOU MAKE. Murder is against the law, that is the only gun, knife, club, rock, or what ever weapon used to kill we really need.
 
each prisoner costs the taxpayer 90 000 dollars per year

America is so flooded with guns that trying to ban them would be almost impossible

Do you have any inside information that Biden is "hot on the trail" of gun owners? Have you been inside the oval office talking with him and his advisers on this issue? Well? Have you? No? Then you have no idea what is in store, and neither do any of us, whether we are for, or against gun control. How about we wait and see what ACTUALLY happens.
 
banning assault rifles is just plain common sense. Keep the rest of your guns just ban assault rifles.
 
The 2nd amendment does not specifically indicate military issue or law enforcement issue assault weapons should be made available on demand.

Assault weapons are designed to kill human beings ...............

Guns were conceived for the purpose of tearing through flesh in order to slaughter the target. It's hardly just assault weapons.

I assume you are talking about rifles like AR15s because the number of actual assault rifles in the hands of the public is extremely small and buying one is an extremely expensive and pain in the butt process. So what is the need to ban weapons like the AR15 when they are used in a tiny percentage of shootings.

If you know the founders intent with the 2nd amendment then there are only two reasons you would post such nonsense. You don’t care about trying to find loopholes for the government to get around the constitution which I think is a horrible precedent to set.
Or you are dishonest.

I think the shooter could have been mainlining Trump/white hate and after the way Biden framed the Atlanta shootings as an anti-Asian and racist shooting spree by a white male, it could have triggered this rampage.

I think we should take the OP's guns away. Intelligence should be a factor when owning weapons.
