I support this, but it seems a great way to go to increase the amount of frivolous lawsuits.

Trial lawyers love it.

That aside, I don't see why not. It's certainly not prohibited in the Constitution, and the populace should be the guard against governmental power. I wonder what will be said, though, when they make decisions that Conservatives don't like.
