I'm not ashamed to be ignorant on this, but. Surely underage hookers come at a higher price?

They're much more illegal, therefore the client pays a higher markup, right? This is specific to trafficking or pimping. If having sex with underage girls for NO MONEY is considered, it's a whole different matter. You might get away with it ten times, but that number 11 takes you down hard. I presume this is what pedos pay a "trafficker" for: a luxury service with no jail time.
