A new study has found that consuming a small piece of dark dark chocolate can reduce blood pressure.

In some cases, the average blood pressure-lowering effects were comparable to those seen with some medications.

Flavan-3-ols were also found to improve the function of the endothelium -- the inner lining of blood vessels -- which is crucial for overall cardiovascular health.

I have 2 cups of tea in the morning and a square of dark chocolate at night. No idea if it helps my BP but it makes me happy.

After drinking 200,000 cups of green tea in China I developed a taste for it. As a result I can't stand British tea.
 
The USDA defines pizza as a vegetable. So when you're eating that Papa John's The Meats Pizza it's mama approved!
Wasn't it during the Reagan years that ketchup was defined as a vegetable?

I'm on a plant-based diet. All I eat is grass. Of course, I let the cow eat the grass first, then I eat the cow.
