That's not even comparable. Human-caused global warming is either fact or not fact. When human life "begins" is a subjective matter of judgement.
As Dav said, the two are incomparable. Global Warming can be proven or dis-proven with facts. When life starts is completely subjective.
Where are these so called "facts" which prove global warming?
The answers are "true or false"
I submit that I can "begin" a new human being's life in a lab controlled environment, film it, test it and photograph the evidence,.... and repeat the results.
Can the same be done with regards to man made climate change?
I don't think so.
Glad to see you stopped beating around the bush and stated the real reason for this thread. In the future it's best to waste less time and come straight out with it.
As far as I am aware there are no facts that attribute changes in the climate solely to human intervention. So far everything is coincidental and may have been impacted by human intervention or could just be the natural cycle of the planet. It's all theoretical.
Short and sweet.
"There is more evidence to support the claim that a human individual's life begins at conception,... than there is to support claim that 'man' is causing global warming."
True or False?
Chuz Life, you appear unable to determine the difference between a "fact" and an "opinion."
So here's a simple site to help you learn the difference:

As if you gave any time for anything else....
Note the time between my original post and the first response.
I didn't even have time to edit.
That wouldn't prove life starts at conception. It just proves you can create something in a lab that eventually becomes a human being.
What a confusing quiz.
1. Doctors help the sick.
The quiz says fact. Subjective. Some doctors help the sick. Some doctor's fix injuries and others perform opt-in procedures that have nothing to do with sickness.
5. The sun rises and sets every day ( Fact or Opinion).
The quiz says fact. Wrong. The Sun doesn't actually rise or set. The Sun is stationary and the Earth rotates bringing the Sun into view and removing it from view.
It goes on...
The quiz needs to learn what a FACT is.
The question in my poll is one of "evidence" not interpretation.
Are there or are there not "more" facts to support the claim that a human being's life begins at conception,... than there is to support the claim that man is causing the planet to warm?
I believe there are more facts to support the claim that a person's life begins at conception.
If you disagree,... vote false.
If you aren't sure?
Don't participate.
But please,... don't hijack my thread just because you don't like the poll.

I believe there are more facts to support global warming then there are the life begins at conception.
Global warming is measurable and can, in time, be proven to be true, if it is. Life beginning at conception requires changing an individuals interpretation of what a "human being" is.
Which one has been studied longer and has more data compiled?
This is your opinion,...
If you are so sure about it,...
let's see your vote.
So we are just voting? No discussion on the topic?
Sorry,.. It's not evident in your (absolute) remarks that you are open to discussing.
Are you now unsure?

Aren't these kind of bait threads against the rules of the forum?
At any rate, if you don't want to actually discuss the topic, then why did you bother to create the poll?
Discussion usually works when two sides state their stance, usually in absolutes, and then go back and forth with rebuttals to each others arguments.
Sorry, I didn't know this thread was an educational session on debate and fact vs opinion. I thought we were discussing the topic.
