I am not convinced giving states more power will benefit Americans.
I believe it would cause more debt and harm to our job production in the Midwest!
Indiana and Wisconsin our on the path. Not far off the path is south and north dakota.
With Illinois track record for crooked Governors and Lazy state officials. How in the world can you tell me giving Illinois state officials and circuit courts more power will prevail? I love the capability of the federal government,
to shutdown corruption. To examine the situation from a far and fix what's broken.

I believe in states government to check the federal government, and have choices of what laws will better
their citizens.
Although the federal government Is there to oversee the constitution is upheld everywhere in the United States.
Neither federal or state government need more power. All public Officials need to focus on there job,
Not there reelection.

Depends. So long as the rights for individuals are the same in each state, then yes. Those laws change the rights from the constitution and the amendments, then no.
