Ghislaine Maxwell

Are you okay with a Trump pardon of Maxwell?

  • I support Trump and I would completely support this.

  • I have supported Trump but this would be unforgivable.

  • I do not support Trump and a Maxwell pardon would disgust me to no end.

  • Other (please explain)

Since it appears from what I've been reading on Truth Social that Maxwell was working deep undercover to expose a Democrat/Hollywood adrenochrome scheme along with 'E', she is both a hero and in grave danger, and 'E' should also receive a belated pardon.

MAGA.
I appreciate you chiming in here and maybe giving the MAGAts the courage to vote "I support Trump and completely support a pardon."

Could she be subpoenaed? Not that this Congress would, but there's ways to compel testimony. And being in no jeopardy she couldn't cite the 5th amendment.
If she is forgiven, then there is no crime?

Lol, why should Maxwell get a pardon? She was involved in the largest elite trafficking of minors in American history. Many victims said she even joined in with Epstein in the act. She was just as much involved as he was.

1. Do you actually think she would be honest? Do you not think a pardon deserves some sort of quid pro quo?
2. Had Epstein not "killed himself," he would be rotting in jail right now.
1. Do you think anyone will take what she says as the truth? I do not, but the current wanna-be king does. Have you actually looked at what pardons looked like before the orange MAGAt began issuing them?

"A federal pardon, which is a form of executive clemency, is issued by the President of the United States for individuals convicted of federal offenses. The process begins with a formal application submitted to the Office of the Pardon Attorney (OPA) at the Department of Justice. The OPA reviews the application, conducts investigations, and provides a recommendation to the President. Ultimately, the President has the final say on whether to grant the pardon.

Here's a more detailed breakdown:
1. Eligibility and Application:
  • Federal Conviction:
The individual must have a federal conviction, meaning they were convicted in a United States District Court, the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, or a military court-martial.

  • Completion of Sentence:
Generally, applicants must have completed their sentence, including any term of imprisonment, probation, or parole.

  • Waiting Period:
A five-year waiting period is typically required after completion of the sentence or the date of sentencing if no prison time was involved.

  • Application Submission:
The application is submitted to the Office of the Pardon Attorney in Washington, D.C.
2. Review and Investigation:
  • OPA Review:
The Office of the Pardon Attorney reviews the application, considering factors like the applicant's conduct after the conviction, the seriousness of the offense, and the extent to which they've accepted responsibility.

  • Background Investigation:
The OPA conducts a background investigation, often involving the FBI, to gather information about the applicant's post-conviction conduct and other relevant details.

  • Consultations:
The OPA may consult with the sentencing judge, the prosecuting attorney, probation officers, and other relevant parties.

  • Recommendation:
The OPA prepares a file containing all the information and submits a recommendation to the President through the Attorney General and White House Counsel.
3. Presidential Decision:
  • Final Authority: The President has the sole authority to grant or deny the pardon.

  • No Obligation to Follow Recommendation: The President is not bound by the OPA's recommendation and can grant a pardon even without a formal application or recommendation from the OPA.
4. Impact of a Pardon:

If this line doesn't perfectly encapsulate the sheer absurdity of contemporary American political discourse I'm not sure what else would.
Is it so absurd?

If Ghislaine Maxwell turns in Trump and all the other child rapists, she gets a sweetheart plea deal, doesn’t she?
