Germany has told its citizens that they are not guaranteed entry to the U.S. even if they have a visa or entry waiver.

The country's Foreign Ministry updated its travel advisory for America on Tuesday, after several Germans were detained at the border, Reuters reported.

It would be best for tourists to consider other destinations than the United States for the time being. Our government is currently hostile to any and all outsiders, as well as some 70% of its own citizenry, so while visiting the USA does not automatically mean you will be subject to detention or worse, the world is full of amazing places where these risks are lesser. Therefore I would encourgage tourism to Europe, to the far east, to south east Asia, to Oceana... all amazing places with plenty to see and do.
