I'll tell you where about three quarters of the posts in this thread can go, that's for sure.
I offered clarification to your post from the Daily ****ing Mail, and my stalkers couldn't resist jumping in and taking a big steamer all over your thread. Get pissy with them, not me.
Yup we can talk about Obama, Bush and Clinton all in one breath without getting emotional because this isn't a partisan thread. This is talking about their families.
LOL! You really do take this Dear Leader stuff seriously.Get your rabid hackery under control and we won't have a problem.

learn to appreciate.
That book belongs in the compost section...
He was raised on Marxist theory by the women in his life and his grandparents. I see daily the problems that people raised without a fatherly presence end up having. Im not saying that his his fault, but like many inner city youth there are problems with empathy, boundaries, etc.
People say Obama is coming across as a spoiled child, perhaps this is why. I think even from a young age, Obama was calculating and his relationship with Michelle probably reflects that.
Actually I don't think so. Most people now have a luke-warm feeling about Bush, but that might just be because Obama is dong bad now. The left wing nuts are being drowned out. Bush's legacy will remain intact, as long as he keeps to his message.
We can agree to disagree on this. BTW, Bush was not the only President to lead us into a war based on lies. The Tonkin Gulf Resolution, signed by President Johnson, that got us mired in Vietnam, was based on an attack that never happened.
Never ceases to amaze me. Even in a thread about a Republican president being interviewed on a right-wing network, the usual retrograde hacks line up to whine about Obama some more.
You guys won't know what to do when he's gone. You're literally obsessed with him.
He's the leader of the Democrat party, and the most left wing POTUS in US history.
LOL! You really do take this Dear Leader stuff seriously.
whomever is the current democratic president is the "most left wing POTUS in US history" to hacks. Nevermind that FDR New Deal thing. Far more lefty than what this prez has done.
Actually, Bush wasn't that bad of a guy until he became president. That's when he got conned by the Neocons. He wasn't a bad Governor for Texas, and was well known for reaching across party lines to get things done here. The best thing that Bush did while President was to kick the Neocons to the curb during that last part of his second term. But it was too late. The Neocons ruined any kind of a legacy that Bush might have had, and he will long be remembered as the President who started a war based on lies.
FDR is certainly up there as well, as is Wilson. But, for example I dont consider Clinton to be very far to the left.
Depends on how you want to ascribe neoconservative influence. If you mean foreign policy decisions, I think most of them won't stand up positively (except for perhaps his Africa policy).
If you mean domestic policy neoconservatism, I think there's some good stuff here:
-No Child Left Behind (Built from his father's Goals 2000, in a sense continued with Race to the Top under Obama--has many problems, but is important to keep)
-IDEA 2004 (Which, among other things, tied NCLB in emphasizing students with disabilities' academic achievement needed to be payed attention to more thoroughly than in the past)
-Faith-based initiatives (which still continue to this day)
-Medicare Part D (Still here)
-Bioethics Committee (even if it was summarily dismissed by the Obama administration)
-Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act
FDR is certainly up there as well, as is Wilson. But, for example I dont consider Clinton to be very far to the left.
Now you are talking about policy most of which the general public has long forgotten about and only those in political circles remember.
Meanwhile back in 1996 he Clinton was a socialist Maoist Marxist. Easily the "most left wing POTUS in US history" if you ask a Republican then.
Seriously? None of my conservative friends and myself thought that.
Of course not.
Not with Wilson and FDR. Be real......
Bill Clinton is the only Presidential Candidate I would vote for in the Democratic Party. Maybe Joe Biden if he wasn't such a blabbering fool all the time. Those are the only two people I can stand in the party.
