On Jan. 1, California is basically becoming a different state.
Come September, parents won’t be required to list gender on their children’s birth certificates.

One of the new laws taking effect this January in California, is one that states parents will no longer be required to state the gender of new borns when filling out the birth certificate:
I personally think all of our modern day adult neurosis concerning gender, race, sexism and other psycho-babble crap du jour issues should be kept out of the lives of children.

Oh look, more liberal stupidity. Anyone surprised?
What difference does it make to you, if a stranger's baby has an empty tick-box on a form you will never see? Dressing it in pink or blue will change the way you will react to it and treat it, because you will impose your idea of "gender appropriate" responses where none are required. Interestingly, a century ago, the colours were reversed, and pink meant boy.
I am not surprised. Just sorry it has reached this point before good people say enough.
This whole gender bender crusade has been in full force for the past decades. Most indoctrination has been in public schools. and campuses receiving federal funding.
Some of the things the medical community are promoting when it comes to young people in regard to gender identity is nothing but pure child abuse.
Minds of mush at such a young age being filled with crap and drugs to suppress who they really are.
I hope there is a special place in Hell for those who have been part of this disgusting agenda.
Allegations of child abuse, wishing people to go to Hell, and calling your opponents' positions "disgusting." These are some extraordinary claims you are making. Care to back them up with some extraordinary evidence?
There is a plethora of information out there on the web in regard to this topic for anyone interested in the truth instead of being sheeple .
I did my research, why don't you try doing your own and prove me wrong.
Well, it makes sense to allow this. One of the new laws taking effect this January in California, is one that states parents will no longer be required to state the gender of new borns when filling out the birth certificate:

Assuming you agree with the science which says it is possible for a person to have a different gender mentally than their biological body would suggest, it logically follows that children have been and will continue to be born with biology that differs from their gender.
Taking this to the max, I know there are people who make specific effort to raise children in a environment that tries to not influence their mental development towards any gender.
That kind of thing does make me wonder to what degree gender is formed by nurture as opposed to nature.
E pluribus unum. Maybe not all States will follow this but it's fine by me that a State wants to experiment with it, it strengthens our diversity and social knowledge.
Judging from the Californian perspective, why should the State be involved in telling a parent which gender their child is?
As gender is a social construct, it's none of their business. Their sex however is easily discernible, except of course in the cases of the intersexed.
Great idea kids grow and develop at the same rate till seven or eight, but the stereotypes are socialised into them before that. Boys are encouraged to run, throw, climb rtrees all that "adventurous stuff, where girls are set towards quiet demure indoors life, and it shows when they arrive at kindergarten. This prog was about 8 yr olds.
