That's merely your opinion, not fact. I don't see many gay folk changing up their sexuality on a weekly basis. Besides, that's neither here nor there. It's arbitrary discrimination and using government issued and recognized contract to forbid recognized union between same sex couples.
Wow, that isn't a change of sexuality, but rather a denial of attraction in favor of beliefs, generally brainwashed beliefs from others.
Negative stereotyping of gays is "mainstay" of anti-gay/ssm people. Only ignorant people believe that monogamy is the exception to a promiscuity "rule" among gays.
Promiscuity is mainstay of homosexual culture. Monogamy is not. I guess it might help a few, but policy should never be based on the few, or the exception to the rule. Liberals and left leaning libertarians always want the exception to become the rule when finding a problem worth fixing. Conservatives rarely see it that way.
Marriage is broken in the west and there are a number of reasons for it, too many to list, adding homosexuals to the mix won't make it any better, and probably make it less legitimate. Heck there are stalwarts who want to ban government from marriage altogether now. An idea I have admittedly considered myself, but not there yet. What is the upside to SSM I ask myself, and the answer always comes back as none.

And that proves what? I know more gay folk than you can list who have not changed sexuality.
what does you link change about that facts?
oh thats right nothing
Yet gay folk expect everyone bow down to them and abandon their personal beliefs and politics to suit their gay agenda...
Individuals have just as much of a right to be anti-gay as the gays have to be gay.. Yet the progressives and the confused authoritarians don't realize, respect or even understand that....

That's not how laws work in America. You don't have to prove the value or "good" of an action to legalize it; skydiving is legal, eating fast food is legal, Nascar races are legal, watching tv is legal, etc., and they aren't necessarily "good". You have the right to pursue happiness, it's in the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution via the 9th Amendment. Laws are meant to protect you from other people, not to protect people from themselves. Or are you a liberal?
Their choice.
Um, the fact that homosexuals CAN change.
Their choice.
Oh please.. Almost every survey ever done on the subject says you're either sadly misinformed or naïve.

Your opinion.
Not really a choice, and again neither here nor there. These are consenting adults and you're blocking their right to contract based on some arbitrary discrimination.
Based on research and facts. Less than 5% of those who have gone through "conversion therapy" of any kind remain "converted". Most admit quite openly that they are still attracted to someone of the same sex, they simply ignore that attraction in favor of their religious beliefs.
What a crock. Most "surveys" show exactly what I said. There is just as much promiscuity within the straight community as there is within the gay community. In fact, one of the most recent ones showed that a vast majority of gay men equal out with straight men when it comes to percentages and how many sexual partners they have had, and that includes that the majority has less than 20 partners in their lifetime for both. A small minority (as in less than 10% for both groups) has over 100 partners for either group, and that is where the divergence happens.
We place restrictions on types of contracts all of the time. Not really a good argument there skippy.
im sorry can you quote Ikari saying that none of them could, ill wait
oh thats right he didnt because you link factually change nothing, thanks for proving me right again.
if you believe this is true you understand that its also a choice to be hetero then two. Its IMPOSSIBLE to separate them.
so i guess by your broken failed logic theres no reason grant equality to any sexuality and we might as well stop protecting religion too. I mean since they are all choices.
fail, you make it so easy, do you ever have a argument that doesnt fail?
