French seek US tariff exemption for champagne and other drinks

What I want matters to me a great deal. I don't like it when politicians in washington arbitrarily make the things I enjoy more expensive. American wine should be able to stand on its own without a tariff.

Your problem is that your will have to continue existing in a world where what matters to you does not matter to everyone else.

That's just reality. Sometimes government decides to **** with you for no reason. Just because they can. It's shitty, but the only thing you can do is call them out for their bullshit, and vote in someone better next time.

No, you merely think you always got it. You didn't. And the tariffs are strategically applied. Maybe someday China and Canada will get it.
