Should not this be multiple choice?

 I'm certainly no Fox News fan, but this is just an exceptionally silly poll. I'll pass.

If they quit watching MSNBC and CNN and watch FOX news regularly they aren't misinformed anymore.

Exactly. CNN and MSNBC are caught lying and engaging in deceptive journalism (like staging fake protests) on a regular basis . They issue an apology after they are caught, and after countless apologies the left continue viewing them with an unscathed reputation. The right, on the other hand, now see them for what they are, yet somehow they are the misinformed ones? You have to (at some point) open your eyes and ears and trust what they are telling you. For some, that is hard to accept.

FOX has it's own bias. Having said that, I just wish every news outlet would quit saying they offer objective news. There are no pure "news readers" anymore. Each news outlet wants to tell you how to interpret the news; what to think; always the way they see it. Like we can't just hear the news and make up our own minds. As Miki (MSNBC) said; "that's our job". I don't need Miki to tell me what to think. If it is something that backs up their view, they will harp on that point endlessly. If it is something that counters their view of the world, they will ignore it. BTW; their "apologies" are often weak or non existent.

Both. It's a vicious cycle.

Do you think you are a perfect thinker with no need to understand anything you don't currently know?

Do you think that it is possible that some of the things you know could possibly be wrong? Is that even possible?

All I can say is: Most of the Fox viewers I know will sign-up for the military, go through basic training, get on a ship, go fight for "America's Freedom" in a God-knows-where foreign land, come back to the USA, go home.. and won't get up off of their asses to drive 6 blocks to vote.

That's true. They aren't misinformed, they are indoctrinated into the cult.

Fox's bias is more geared toward fighting propaganda.

Fox viewers have been indoctrinated. With Coronavirus they had a ticker on the side similar to election results touting the death toll infection and deaths. Number totally without context. A network wishing to inform would have given % relative to normal. % occupancy in hospitals % of available ventilators in use. Tests performed % increase of tests performed this week over last. Ect..... Instead we get a number; 200 more people died today. 2000 new confirmed cases. Fox created sheep just like CNN and MSNBC.

The media is evil. That includes Fox.

You must be talking about the MSNBC and CNN viewers.

You're correct, in a sense. They do call out the left, and somebody needs to, but they also ignore facts not congruent with their own conservative message. Like I said, I just wish all of them would stop telling us what to think. We're capable of forming our own opinions. Just read the news; we'll decide what it means.

Misinformed? FOX news viewers knew the Russia hoax was a hoax 3 years before the uninformed left figured it out. Hell, half you uninformed leftists still havent figured it out.

My life was great! I was living a healthy life watching CNN and MSNBC like any normal person would. I couldn't wait for Don Lemon and Chris Cuomo to have their little split screen each day. They would just blast the cult, those damn Jim Jonesers! Then one day an evil Trumpster said "here, try this". It was Fox news. I only watched a little at first, but man was I hooked. I needed more.

Long story short, If I don't get my Watters World or Ingram file each day I'm a complete wreck. The good news is that I haven't lost my teeth.

Does Fox News and right wing media attract or create these highly misinformed individuals?

I say yes because Democrats are their viewers and they do seem to not know much.

MSNBC leans liberal, Fox conservative, CNN sort of splits the difference, despite what Trump says. I watch MSNBC out of habit, and because they seem more fair and balanced that Fox used to claim to be. (Hint: when they have to tell you they are “fair and balanced,” they’re not.)

But I often “trust but verify,” checking the internet on my phone when something seems extreme or strange on TV, much as I do here.

Rick, you do know what is a closed question, right? Why do insist on wasting others time with your manifesto presented as a genuine poll? Some, including me, visit here to see probative questions and then click on your poll. Quite discouraging.
I expect honesty, even from those with whom I disagree.

CP

Your BS aside, wouldn't this be a good thing for nice intelligent progressives like yourself?
