I prefer vagina and voted accordingly.
At this time I cannot compare 2 months of work to 8 years. Get back to me in a couple years. :2razz:
:rofl
Sorry mate, but theres always next time
Oh 'nd tucker, why Bush?
Bush is slang for vagina.
When Obama was running for presidency, there was a huge hype about it all; paticularly about him, America's possible first black president. His ideas for peace, to move away from Bush's policies, and his distinctive political tone from the Bush Administration was appealing for everyone. But now, the more and more i search this forum, i cant help but notice ALOT of people are completely opposed to Obama's policies, and i see alot of people actually saying good things about Bush (yes, they manage to find good things to say). So i thought id make this poll just to see, how many people favour Bush over Obama, or Obama over Bush?
Remember, just because you may vote to favour Obama over Bush in this poll, it doesnt mean you agree with all his policies or any of them at all; but if you would rather he was in office than the other option.
I'm not ready to make that judgment yet. Bush really pissed me off with a couple of things he did like siding with China and Iran when it comes to the human rights of homosexuals. I was also very bothered by the mismanagement of Iraq and how he let Rumy go on for so long with that. However, all in all, I think Bush worked with the cards he was dealt and that he was not the worst president we've had.
Obama has only been in office a couple of months and while I see a gross mismanagement of the economy from Congress already, I can't say much about Obama himself. He does seem to be attempting to make things more transparent but I think his democratic congress headed up by that slag Pelosi and that mildewy ball sack Reid are more of a hindrance to him than a help. If he could distance himself from those two, get rid Dodd and Frank, and reach out to the Blue Dogs, he might actually live up to some of the hype before its over.
I don't "love" Obama, but am very pleased to have a president who:
is intelligent enough to do the job
really seems to have the best interests of America in mind
is not being "managed" by his handlers or vice president
cares about America's reputation in the world
cares about the military, and his responsibility to keep them safe
can pronounce "nuclear" correctly
you have an interesting checklist there. by my own tally obama isn't coming out ahead of bush. do you mean to say that bush has none of those qualities, and obama has all of them?
I would observe that intelligence does not imply sense or even knowledge, that obama is clearly "managed"--what a joke!--that so much more is at stake than our "reputation in the world," etc...
I can't even fathom how anyone with the intelligence of a five year old could seriously announce that Bush was a superior president to Obama. I'm sure nobody really believes that, it's just dogmatic Republican ideology which compels you to say it.
That position is completely indefensible at this point.I prefer W. I'm not afraid to say it. He was a crappy President, but Obama has already outdone him.
my friend, you are in for a rude awakening.
