In the article, they mentioned that it could be unconstitutional. I don't think this claims holds up, because the bill is not forbidding trans female athletes from participating in all sports. It's just preventing them from participating in female-only sports, which only makes sense, because trans-females are physically male.

Note to the trans-community: just because you don't get your way, it does not mean it's now an instance of injustice.

Well, They are kids too. Trans-kids didn't choose their lot, and life is not perfectly fair. I don't like ruining a kid;s life(trans-kid) who wants to be a part of an activity but get's banned through no fault of their own, and gets hurt over cheap biases held by small minded people and political hacks.....

Nobody believes that conservatives are targeting transgender athletes because they legitimately care about women's sports.

Since when have conservatives stood up for women under any other circumstances? Not for abortion, not for birth control, and not when it comes to sexual assault or domestic violence.

So you can screw over the lives of trans people all you like, but don't pretend you're doing it because you care about girls or women.
