Well, I tried, hoping it would end and I would hear someone else speak. But it just didn't seem to be happening...

I figured she only had so much time and was trying to cram in as much as possible - which kind of wrecked the delivery.

Less is more in this instance. I really didn’t follow/comprehend shit of the 4 minutes I gave. To consumed by the rambling high speed mess; there was no keeping up..
She spent some time putting that mess together and let emotion get in the way.

I have an idea for her. List some talking points and expand on them from your mind. That will slow you down..
Don't just read a long prepared 'speech' and go off on some tirade.
