The FBI has 100 agents working the case. Does anyone think that's anything to sneer at? I don't, this is pretty serious.EXCLUSIVE: The FBI investigation into Hillary Clinton’s use of private email as secretary of state has expanded to look at whether the possible “intersection” of Clinton Foundation work and State Department business may have violated public corruption laws, three intelligence sources not authorized to speak on the record told Fox News.
This new investigative track is in addition to the focus on classified material found on Clinton’s personal server.
"The agents are investigating the possible intersection of Clinton Foundation donations, the dispensation of State Department contracts and whether regular processes were followed," one source said.
Separately, a former high-ranking State Department official emphasized to Fox News that Clinton’s deliberate non-use of her government email address may be increasingly “significant.”
“It is virtually automatic when one comes on board at the State Department to be assigned an email address,” the source said
I've said it before, I'll say it again... I'll believe all of this the moment we see an indictment.
Until then we will see plenty of "intelligence sources not authorized to speak on the record" tell FoxNews just about anything they want to hear.
Indictment? "what difference does it make"? Seriously, do you think it would?

This is what I've been saying all along, plus she would have a SIPRnet account for classified emails.....THAT SHE SHOULD HAVE USED.

How many clinton scandals does thier have to be before you think perhaps they aren't who we need near government?
I am revoking your "-gate" privileges.

Biden now favorably chatting up Bernie. Big Dem power people are quiet on Hillary. Methinks Washington smells campaign rot and is beginning to distance itself from the woman who would be Queen. It may be that people in DC feel that it is too dangerous to know her now.
The Clintons are always involved in scandal. People around the Clintons suffer and take the blame. Soon Miles and Blumenthal will be in the headlines and God knows who else. Wasserman-Shultz is in trouble and about to be thrown over the side. No one in America trust Hillary and politicos now are stepping away from her as she seems to be in danger mode.
Nice Moonie Times cut and paste. How many clinton scandals does thier have to be before you think perhaps they aren't who we need near government?
1. Monica Lewinsky: Led to only the second president in American history to be impeached.
2. Benghazi: Four Americans killed, an entire system of weak diplomatic security uncloaked, and the credibility of a president and his secretary of state damaged.
3. Asia fundraising scandal: More than four dozen convicted in a scandal that made the Lincoln bedroom, White House donor coffees and Buddhist monks infamous.
PHOTOS: The most consequential Clinton scandals — in order
4. Hillary’s private emails: Hundreds of national secrets already leaked through private email and the specter of a criminal probe looming large.
5. Whitewater: A large S&L failed and several people went to prison.
6. Travelgate: The firing of the career travel office was the very first crony capitalism scandal of the Clinton era.
7. Humagate: An aide’s sweetheart job arrangement.
8. Pardongate: The first time donations were ever connected as possible motives for presidential pardons.
9. Foundation favors: Revealing evidence that the Clinton Foundation was a pay-to-play back door to the State Department, and an open checkbook for foreigners to curry favor.
10. Mysterious files: The disappearance and re-discovery of Hillary’s Rose Law Firm records.
11. Filegate: The Clinton use of FBI files to dig for dirt on their enemies.
12. Hubble trouble: The resignation and imprisonment of Hillary law partner Web Hubbell.
13. The Waco tragedy: One of the most lethal exercises of police power in American history.
14. The Clinton’s Swedish slush fund: $26 million collected overseas with little accountability and lots of questions about whether contributors got a pass on Iran sanctions.
15. Troopergate: From the good old days, did Arkansas state troopers facilitate Bill Clinton’s philandering?
16. Gennifer Flowers: The tale that catapulted a supermarket tabloid into the big time.
17. Bill’s Golden Tongue: His and her speech fees shocked the American public.
18. Boeing Bucks: Boeing contributed big-time to Bill; Hillary helped the company obtain a profitable Russian contract.
19. Larry Lawrence: How did a fat cat donor get buried in Arlington National Cemetery without war experience?
20. The cattle futures: Hillary as commodity trader extraordinaire.
21. Chinagate: Nuclear secrets go to China on her husband’s watch.
I don't see an answer.
Tell me why are you voting for someone with this much baggage?

I guess Bernie isn't good enough for you. A politician who's ultra-leftwing and scandal-free. No, I think the name Clinton is what's driving you.Yes, if we have to, a lot of us will.

Well it makes a difference from an innocent until proven guilty scenario but we Americans are nothing if not armchair judges.
Though, if she is found guilty and nothing is done then that is a testament on how the powerful and/or popular avoid little things like the law.
You need to wake yourself up, buddy. High level politicians seldom get indicted, but this probe under a Democrat president by over 100 FBI agents ought to get your attention. If not, it's best you stay asleep though the election.
