FBI releases Clinton investigation documents | Fox NewsThe FBI on Friday released several dozen pages of documents from its investigation into Hillary Clinton’s personal email use while secretary of state.
The bureau released a summary of Clinton’s July 2 interview with the FBI, as well as a summary of the FBI investigation itself.
"We are making these materials available to the public in the interest of transparency and in response to numerous Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests," the FBI said in a statement. "Appropriate redactions have been made for classified information or other material exempt from disclosure under FOIA."
I haven't examined any of the newly released document...and I probably won't...but I read an article that spoke about Hillary's ignorance on what actually makes a document classified.
Clinton told FBI she thought classified markings were alphabetical paragraphs | Washington Examiner
It disturbs me that this is the person so many people contend is our best choice as President and that our current President states is better qualified that he is. (now...THAT'S a low bar if I've ever seen one)
Time for all the amateur lawyers to hop into action.
no there there. The landscape hasn't changed.
I was going to post that as well. She is either the stupidest person to ever run for president or the most corrupt, either way she should never come close to being president, and Comey should be fired.
But then we know she is playing stupid because she knew enough to instruct her subordinates on how to strip a memo of classification markings.
I mean consider how willfully stupid Clinton's supporters must be. Here she claims that she though (C) was an alphabetical market of a paragraph WHEN THERE IS NO (A) OR (B) MARKKINGS!
To accept that she is ignorant of classification markings requires you to also assume she doesn't know the effing alphabet.
As a department head/secretary there is an incredible amount of information she was required to know about document classification and she knew less than the average soldier.
An unknown individual using the encrypted privacy tool Tor to hide their tracks accessed an email account on a Clinton family server, the FBI revealed Friday.
Someone using Tor breached email account on Clinton server - POLITICOAccording to the bureau’s review of server logs, someone accessed an email account on Jan. 5, 2013, using three IP addresses known to serve as Tor “exit nodes” — jumping-off points from the anonymity network to the public internet.
The owner of the account, whose name is redacted in the report, said she was “not familiar with nor [had] she ever used Tor software.”
She signed a document stating she had been briefed and understood how to handle classified information then said to the FBI she can't remember any briefing.
She either lied on the form or to the FBI, but either way she should be prosecuted for it.
Leon said TheDCNF is, “trying to get to the bottom of this, to what extent Secretary Clinton and probably her immediate staff received training. They’re trying to figure out was the training in writing or orally, (and) how was it done.”
“Let me put it to you this way: You need to discuss with your client whether it would be better to give them the answers to these questions or to have depositions to depose those at the State Department,” Leon said.
They further stated the absence of any documents meant that the “courses were not completed” by the secretary or her aides. It is unclear if Clinton explicitly refused to attend the security briefings.
State Orders Release of Clinton Training Records | The Daily CallerThe lawsuit also demands the release of all training records for Clinton Chief of Staff Cheryl Mills, aide Jacob Sullivan and Under Secretary of State for Management Patrick Kennedy.
either way she should never come close to being president
Time for all of the minions to rush to defense of the sludge Queen.
The State Department has been ordered to produce her training documents in spite of their efforts not to do so or Clinton and her staff could be deposed.

All the more reason that anyone with an ounce of sense wouldn't / shouldn't have set up a private email server out on the raw Internet.
And yet, some don't disqualify this level of stupidity and ignorance from the White House? Seriously?
FBI Says a Laptop That Held Clinton’s E-Mails Has Gone Missing - Bloomberg PoliticsA personal laptop computer used to archive Hillary Clinton’s e-mails when she was secretary of state went missing after being put in the mail, according to the FBI’s report on its investigation into her use of a private e-mail system.
E-mails that Clinton sent and received through her private server during her tenure were archived on the laptop in 2013 by a person who was an assistant to former President Bill Clinton, the FBI said in its heavily redacted investigative report released Friday.

Here's what I do NOT understand. Why hasn't the FBI subpoenaed the company that this server backed up too? Drobo, I think it was? ALL the emails would be there, no?
