First some verses which teach the "Father is in Christ":
(Joh 10:38) But if I do, though ye believe not me, believe the works: that ye may know, and believe, that the Father is in me, and I in him.
(Joh 14:10) Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works.
Just these two should suffice for now, that the Father is 'in' Christ.
Now some verses which teach "Christ in you":
(Col 1:27) To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory:
(2Co 13:5) Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates?
(Joh 17:21) That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me.
(Joh 17:22) And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one:
(Joh 17:23) I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that thou hast sent me, and hast loved them, as thou hast loved me.
These also should suffice to see that to believers Christ is indeed 'in' you.
Knowing these two aspects is paramount in understanding scripture, for as Christ being 'in' us, doesn't make us Christ neither does God, the Father being 'in' Christ make him God. As the Father 'sent' Jesus, now Jesus 'sends' us, each in his order.
In all of these things occurring over the millennia, all even Jesus have only One God, namely the Father to where all glory goes to:
(1Co 15:27) For he hath put all things under his feet. But when he saith all things are put under him, it is manifest that he is excepted, which did put all things under him.
(1Co 15:28) And when all things shall be subdued unto him, then shall the Son also himself be subject unto him that put all things under him, that God may be all in all.
(Joh 10:38) But if I do, though ye believe not me, believe the works: that ye may know, and believe, that the Father is in me, and I in him.
