Wouldn't something like lowering his body in a vat of 13.5 pH KOH, at a rate of 5mm/hr, be a better punishment, and remain clean? He didn't kill in a "cleaner way, so why in the heck should he get special treatment? You get what you give in life!

I understand your viewpoint, but that pain would only list for milliseconds.Again, screw keeping it clean. He needs to see his flesh splatter against the walls like he's inflicted upon others.

Wow.
Why do people make polls with unreasonable answers?
I'm not sure if this has already been discussed so I'm just to go give it a shot...
What should be done with Dzhokhar Tsarnaev?
I am really cautions around people who think talking about the death penalty is comical. I have to really wonder about such people's moral values. Definitely, a poor sense of humor.Damn it people the punishments were meant for comedic relief!!!
Why does he deserve protection from the general prison population?
Super max his ass!

Too expensive. death sentence, or put him with the hard core criminals.
Doesn't a Supermax prison cost about 3 times as much per prisoner?
Once again, we need to revise the process. Fast track it.I don't really know. Probably cheaper than the death penalty though.

Did I say anything about eliminating that process?Again, that will never happen because the condemned is allowed an appeals process.

Please don't assume what I mean. Please ask. I get irritated rather easily over such assumptions.
I'm not sure how to do it, but the process should not take years.Well how do you propose to "speed up" the process than?

I could counter argue the same point when sending someone to prison. It'll never happen. It's a very complicated and involved process to make sure that they are getting it right. You want to get it right when you're going to kill someone, no?

Again, I will claim it is worse for an innocent person to go to prison than die. I at least feel that way. I consider that cruel and unusual punishment for the innocent.
No procedure is perfect, and there will seldom be an absolute right or wrong. I say we accept that mistakes happen.
Yes, maybe I am wrong in believing so many others feel as I do.It is pretty amazing that you would claim that on someone else's behalf.

What do you imagine prison is like for the innocent? What if it was you? Please ponder that for a bit.
