Propaganda only works on those who want to be propagandized. For those farmers who decide to wake up, and it won’t be all of them, something needs to be to catch them and help them have a better life and better strength for an economic model that helps all people.

It’s the classic intervention/rock bottom model.

Don't think it's going to work. They're in an abusive relationship where doesn't matter what Republicans do, their going to vote for them anyways.

This is deja vu. Trump did this to them 7 years ago and they have undying loyalty. We're just in a bad spot where people have 0 critical thinking skills.

I think progressives within the Dem party have tried, but the Establishment still has more influence because they are the ones who get all the dark money donations. If Dems could get their heads out of their asses long enough, they'd realize that in several election cycles they've raised nearly the same or even more than Republicans - and they've still lost. Money without a message, and more importantly, without values, is a waste.
