It will hamper us.
It won't hamper you. Heck, if you don't know what to do by now, you never will...even though the rest of us do know.
It will hamper us.
How many Americans will die because Trump fears that the truth would make him look bad?
From that Reuters article.
"An NSC spokesman did not respond to questions about the meetings at HHS. But he defended the administration’s transparency across federal agencies and noted that meetings of the administration’s task force on the coronavirus all are unclassified. It was not immediately clear which meetings he was referring to.
“From day one of the response to the coronavirus, NSC has insisted on the principle of radical transparency,” said the spokesman, John Ullyot. He added that the administration “has cut red tape and set the global standard in protecting the American people under President Trump’s leadership.”
Doesn't it seem like the statements coming from various department spokespersons of this Trump administration are sounding more and more 'Stalinesgue' in tenor? They're sounding very much like Politburo or party apparatchiks. It's getting really kind of creepy and scary.
So some classified meetings that one needed a security clearance to be in remain classified. How absolutely earth shattering.
Staffers without security clearances, including government experts, were excluded from the interagency meetings, which included video conference calls, the sources said.
“We had some very critical people who did not have security clearances who could not go,” one official said. “These should not be classified meetings. It was unnecessary.”
A spokeswoman for HHS, Katherine McKeogh, issued a statement that did not address questions about classified meetings. Using language that echoed the NSC’s, the department said it that it agreed task-force meetings should be unclassified.
I know!
It’s quite clear that these are classified because if the public actually saw how incompetent this administration was in dealing with it, they would kick the GOP out of power forever and the defense budget would be immediately slashed.
What a security threat, amirite?
Maybe this handful of meetings that nobody knows what was being discussed in any detail dealt with actual national security issues like force readiness, etc.

I am no fan of Donald Trump. And I have little trouble believing that this is probably true.
None the less, I would rather wait for confirmation, before taking any conclusions.
This crisis would tax the competence and leadership of even the most solid of political leaders.
Trump is obviously not in that league. His history has made that plain.
But I am more interested in the path and the management of the crisis, than I am in assigning blame to Donald Trump.
I would rather wait and see on this one.
More melodrama
Maybe.
But given the track record with these clowns, I doubt it.
No. It doesn't sound like that at all.
Perhaps you should get your ears checked.
If I were POTUS, at some point I would want to have a meeting to determine some of the bioterror assessments from the intelligence community regarding this at the very least.
None...because he doesn't.
Stop making **** up.
If you were POTUS, you'd smear orange stain on your face and then spend the day watching Fox "News" and golfing.
And chance getting coronavirus from my illegal immigrant caddy? No way.
that maybe you but Trump would rather talk to Putin and find out what he believes first and not listen to his intelligence communityIf I were POTUS, at some point I would want to have a meeting to determine some of the bioterror assessments from the intelligence community regarding this at the very least.
