Exactly the point of my post. I wasn't claiming the individual(s) in question didn't deserve to be prosecuted. In fact, if you've read the thread you'd know I believe they got off easy myself.

So, if a couple white boys, wearing hoods, totin' guns, were hanging out in front of a voting house, where black voters go to vote, you would be ok with that? It would just be free speech?

Same goes for you because clearly you haven't read the entire thread either...just jump right on in there in the middle of things...

Then please explain your remark of "partisan politics as usual" when you point to a conservative going against what other conservatives believe.
