Even wealthy Americans are struggling to make ends meet

so during Trump years can you point me to the act/rule/law that subsidized Home Loans please ?
I don't think interest rates generally were lower than the macroeconomic conditions warranted during Trump's presidency. Trump grumbled occasionally about thinking they were too high, but Jay Powell basically ignored him. Overall the Fed has been pretty well-governed for the past 20 years.

Average wages have surpassed inflation for 12 straight months

Most Americans say they’re doing OK, but the economy is terrible.
So they’re either wrong about their own lives, or misinformed about the overall economy.
Which do you think is more likely?
