None of that is little known. In fact, it is front and center.A danger you might not have heard much about. Rachel reports on a top neo-Nazi's daughter, who agrees with his views, being one of the two candidates for the French presidency - again - on Sunday.
The polls are closer than last time.
She has previously promised to take France out of the EU, to block EU measures to sanction Putin, including measures to stop buying Russian fuel that, well, fuels the war.
In 2017 - the year after Putin helped trump win - he did the same thing in France, giving money to her, hacking Macron's campaign and publishing the hack to try to hurt him. Because public opinion is against Putin now, she's having to destroy over a million pamphlets about her close ties to him.
In short, she could win on Sunday, and if she does - the EU measures take unanimous support and she will end them. This is the biggest threat to Ukraine's fight against Putin currently. An anonymous EU leader said, he can't believe France would vote for her, but he couldn't believe the US would vote for trump of the UK would vote for Brexit.
This was exactly what Putin was banking on when he went into this. Even if those sanctions get support, democracies vote periodically and change directions when they do. France has the next election . I don't think that will help him, but it won't be that long until UK has its, and then there are the mid-terms here. there are bound to be cracks in the unity somewhere if he gives this time.A danger you might not have heard much about. The title says the support could end. And when one learns about this womans (Le Pen) past and her ideology, one could worry about the EUs future concerning Russia. All the main UK parties are pro-Ukraine and anti-Putin. Anyway, even if Le Pen wins, she wouldn't become President for another 3 weeks or so. The sanctions have already been voted through. She may or may not veto further sanctions as President, but that's hardly an end to European support for Ukraine as the thread title misleadingly claims.

Yep, she's their fat donny alright. I don't know where this right-wing, racist movement has come from but it's affecting our Republicans and I wish it would go away.A danger you might not have heard much about. Don't bank on it.I'm confident that the French will be smarter than that.
But that's just me.
If you watched the video instead of making a false jerky post, you would see that she is an ally of Putin, expected to block any further sanctions by the EU, AND that it's suspected she will work to remove existing sanctions. She has promised to continue energy purchases and so on. The current European unity against Putin would be over.Well actually the title says support could end on Sunday. Again, even if she becomes President next month, that doesn't end the EUs support of Ukraine. EU countries will still be sending weapons, there will still be sanctions.

I know about Le Pen and I don't like her, but the title 'European support for Ukraine on Sunday' is factually false. Even if she wins, she won't be President on Sunday.
And even if she does become President, European support for Ukraine doesn't end. Sanctions will still be in place, weapons will still be sent, and political support for Ukraine will still be there.
French presidential hopeful Marine Le Pen said she broadly supports sanctions against Russia, except when it comes to oil and gas supplies.
Hopefully, but the fact she is one of the two candidates is dangerous and absurd. It's looking good that Macron will win - she's at 45% - but the fact she has frickin 45%, that just 5% of voters changing their mind would mean she won, is insane. She won't win. It won't even be close.
This is just silly. First of all, France isnt Europe. Second of all, France's aid to Ukraine is pretty small to begin with. Third, Denmark, a small country with a smaller military than France, has given more weapons to Ukraine than France has.A danger you might not have heard much about. The fact is, the frogs and the krauts are more sympathetic to Putin than they are to Ukraine.
Germany is sending very little, and its only because they got shamed by countries like Poland. And theyre still buying Russian gas even now.Germany is literally sending weapons to Ukraine and terminated Nordstream. It sounds like they want to wean themselves of Russian gas, but that will be hard because they rely a lot on it, probably too much.

I think the odds of her being arrested go far, far down if she wins the election, not up. LBJ was likely about to be investigated for corruption just as the assassination made him president and the investigation was ended. Of course prosecutions of trump ended while he was president. If Marine Le Pen wins the French presidency on Sunday (very unlikely but remotely possible), then she will be arrested and jailed for embezzlement and other financial crimes in a preventative coup d'etat which will end the Fifth Republic and new presidential elections will soon be called for a president of France's new Sixth Republic. That would be my guess on how such a remote possibility would play out. I would not support such draconian, illebetal measures but that's how France deals with existential political crises.
Cheers and be well.
Evilroddy.
