Nowhere near. He rewarded this hubris every single time at the expense of the United States and its Legislative branch. He weakened it so badly it no longer functions to legislate.

For the first time in a long time, I couldn't agree more with Mitch. He's right: Republicans have fought to protect the electoral college and its mechanism. Now all of a sudden, they are against the EC because it didn't benefit Trump.
