Trump has begun his fascist Indoctrination of America's children. Not only is Trump diverting millions from our public schools to religious and for profit schools, he's attempting to mold our students into his vision of a "patriotic American". By virtue of Trump's all powerful, unquestioning right to dictate what American students will, or will not be exposed to in K12 classrooms, he decrees that;

Discriminatory equity ideology” means an ideology that treats individuals as members of preferred or disfavored groups..."
"An individual, by virtue of the individual’s race, color, sex, or national origin, is inherently racist, sexist, or oppressive, whether consciously or unconsciously"
"White Privilege” or “unconscious bias,” actually promotes racial discrimination..."

I.e. Whites are the real victims of discrimination.

Trump claims that;
"..young men and women are made to question whether to view their parents and their reality as enemies"
E.g. White kids might get the crazy idea that their ancestors created a system that has kept blacks from attaining equity in, wealth, employment, homeownership, income, education and health outcomes.

"eliminating Federal funding or support for illegal and discriminatory treatment and indoctrination in K-12 schools, including based on gender ideology and discriminatory equity ideology"
I.e. Systemic And Structural Racism does not exist.

To ensure his dictates will be enforced, Trump has created a group of ideologues to oversee that his demands will be met;
"The 1776 Commission shall be composed of not more than 20 members, who shall be appointed by the President for a term of 2 years. The 1776 Commission shall be made up of individuals from outside the Federal Government with relevant experience or subject-matter expertise.

Christianity has practiced religious indoctrination throughout history. Most Christians had little choice in becoming Christians because their parents imposed their religion on them, and gave them no choice.

Without religious indoctrination religions would be the minority.

If humans were allowed to attain the age of adulthood before being forced to practice religion, and then informed the decision was totally theirs and theirs alone, the world would have a lot more agnostics and atheists, and fewer believers.

People would consider good to be what is good for society and recognize that throughout history good is more popular than bad, that it is logical to play nice with others because what is good for society is good for individuals. No religion required to reach this conclusion.

Faith in humanity to self-preserve is far superior to faith in a supposed creator-overseer being.
 
It is no surprise that the greedy billionaires, who consider their power to be greater than that of any 'lord' wish to utilize religious indoctrination as a tool for subduing and controlling the public for their own greedy ambition. They very effectively use Christianity as a tool.

It seems it has actually always been this way throughout the ages. Everybody who 'fell for' Christianity has become an effective tool for the rich and powerful.

Donald has merely raised it to a new level not seen for a while. Sad it still works in this "information age," which has actually become the "instant disinformation age."

If we had policies that didn't result in the huge disparities between the wealth, employment, homeownership, income, education and health outcomes between whites and blacks, we wouldn't need DEI programs. Do you really believe these inequities that have existed since our country's founding, are only the result of, 'bad decision making, not working hard, welfare, etc? Blaming the victims and claiming they're getting what they deserve is just living in denial. Conservatives tend to view America through rose colored glasses...

A curriculum based on "Rah, Rah America" may be dishonest in its focus on sunny ideas, like slavery taught them a trade, but worse than that, it's apt to be boring.

DEI isn't racist. In fact, white women and disabled benefit from it. It makes no claim that one race is better than another.

DEI is an effort to fill positions with a demographic that reflects society. For generations, those positions were tilted toward male, white and the able-bodied That was racist. DEI is an effort to rectify that by seeking out others who have been overlooked, but are otherwise qualified.

You might argue it's discriminatory, as Ibram X Kendi argues in How to Be an Anti-racist:

“The only remedy to racist discrimination is antiracist discrimination. The only remedy to past discrimination is present discrimination. The only remedy to present discrimination is future discrimination. As President Lyndon B. Johnson said in 1965, “You do not take a person who, for years, has been hobbled by chains and liberate him, bring him up to the starting line of a race and then say, ‘You are free to compete with all the others,’ and still justly believe that you have been completely fair.” As U.S. Supreme Court Justice Harry Blackmun wrote in 1978, “In order to get beyond racism, we must first take account of race.
