Drag Queen Story Hour – drag queens reading stories to children in libraries, schools, and bookstores











Coming for kids, introducing confusion into the world.

Bastards! Volunteering to help children. Ohhhh, this is the devil at work, you can be sure of that. I bet they even expect the children to be polite and say "Thank you!"

Of course, you could put away your computer, get off your ass, and put in the time and effort to organize all sorts of people to read books to children. But that's not going to happen is it? It's much easier to attack the people who are putting in the time and effort.

Conservatives warned America that the LGBT movement would come for their children. They were called paranoid.

Now that they've been proven right, they're called bigots.

The left's MO is to deny the implications of their agenda, until it comes to pass, then denounce anyone opposed to what they denied would ever happen as a bigot.
 
Confusion was already there, it was just hidden, and misunderstood. The real question is how ashamed should people feel about the confusion they may already feel. Once we decide that the 'what' ( gender identity and gender rolls) isn't all that important, then we can decide confusion about gender identity isn't important enough to be ashamed about. I think we should all take a step back from turning this into a political football on both sides. Let the disciplines of science and medicine do their thing, and stop pushing for an agenda driven answer.

Or, maybe they are being introduced to the fact that there are people that are gay, straight, bi, or are cross dressers in society and that they should not have fervent, irrational fears about it being driven into them by a bunch of talibornagains.

Whatever floats their boat. If the parents don't want a queen reading to their children then don't take them to a place that has queens reading to them.

I personally love the drag queen brunch show in my area. Great singers and strongest cheapest drinks in town, those queens make a hella good Bloody Mary and Salty Dog
