Don't look now, but Iraq looks closer to civil war or at least conflicts

If there's one name people are likely to remember from Iraq, it's Moqtada al-Sadr, who led major forces opposed to the US during US occupation. His group was the biggest winner in the last elections, but now he's told them to resign in a move to 'street' based opposition instead of political. It's described as 'threatening the post-2003 political system in Iraq'.
