A cheerless, gangly, famished figure better suited playing Count Dracula than running a country. At a time when Ukraine is on life support and its future uncertain; when the last ounce of effort must be sacrificed to save Zelensky the ignominy of defeat; Donald Tusk's mind is elsewhere. There's something rather distasteful about this manner of expression. Predaory even. The Tusk leaves the impression the field to feed on the Ukrainian carcass is already getting crowded. It will seem to me like the reconstruction of Ukraine will take every available penny. Can this project be successful if it is hemmed in on all sides by predators?
