Well I'm not saying any rights are absolute and there's limits. But I'm not going to sit here and pretend that a particular type of rifle is ultra Killy and particularly in need of some arbitrary band by imbeciles that don't know the first thing about firearms.

And the only group of people I would say should probably not be allowed to have firearms are people who've committed violent felonies.
