DOJ moves to release grand jury testimony in Epstein case

The decision to move forward with releasing the grand jury now lies with a federal judge. Judge Richard M. Berman in Manhattan, oversaw the criminal case against Epstein before his death, ruled a suicide, in 2019.

Judges have already released hundreds of documents in the Epstein saga. The majority of those held back were deemed unsuitable to be released because of federal laws that protects the privacy of Epstein victims and people not charged with crimes.

That is just a lie.

We are wondering how much of the information on those records has been unlawfully suppressed.

Trump is lying child-rapist. Bondi is a confederate traitor who takes bribes and juggles Trump's junk on her chin. She is ABSOLUTELY NOT TO BE TRUSTED.
 
FBI and Justice officials soon realized that, with the required redactions, they would be releasing thousands of pages that were blacked out.

Putting any additional release in the hands of a federal judge could be a workaround to that problem because justice officials would no longer be responsible for the decision, or declination, to do so.

Assumes facts not in evidence. You win the prize for today's most ridiculous assumption. In fact, it's safe to say that if the files contained anything at all that incriminated Democrats, Trump would have tried to put it on the front page of every major newspaper in the country before the street sweepers had even cleaned up the mess after his miserably attended inauguration non-event. Where on earth do you get this shit?

In the last day or two I've seen several people point out that this GJ testimony will only pertain to E and his crimes, and is not expected to discuss any other alleged offenders which is the whole point. These are not the "Epstein Files" we're looking for, it's just a Trump red herring to fool MAGA into thinking he's being transparent.

Last I checked, it was never the democrats making a huge deal about the Epstein case.

It has ALWAYS been MAGA.

Including in February when they made a huge deal about “releasing” files.

Because it's the one part of those files that is 100% under the control of a judge who will almost certainly block this move. (because it's not a normal thing to just release the entire contents of a grand jury's testimony). Then they can go "LIBRUL JUDGE WOULDNT LET US RELEASE THE FILES"

It's the sort of move that only works on people who were already true believers.
