I wonder what happened five years ago that could account for increased welfare spending. Hmmmm ...
Oh yeah, the economy ****ing cratered and millions of people lost their jobs. Jesus, some people around here have short memories.
Well, 1.8 trillion went to the secret dog assassination conspiracy program. Perhaps you're familiar?
That's a little below the belt, eh?
I suppose that depends on what you believe.
There's no conspiracy but his dogs were shot.
I don't think America spends very much on welfare in the first place.

My dog is a secret agent, drives an Aston Martin, has a passport, and is in North Korea right now spying on Dennis Rodman.
His name is 007, and he has a license to growl.
I just saw this in other post, and in my view there can only be ONE reason for such drastic spending on welfare - the nation is so corrupt, that it can only sustain itself by invading other nations and putting it's own people on welfare, knowing full well that if they get off welfare, people will rise up and start rioting. basically America is on a total life support. And the fact that it already has the highest prison population in the world also supports this theory. But let's see if the people agree with me
The people aren't really living the dream though.Because in 2008 the economy flushed down the toilet for everyone resulting in an increase in poverty that resulted in a lack for people to sustain themselves out of their own efforts.
I personaly cant wait for China to go through that exipiriance (again when considering what happend in the late 19th century and the early 17th century).
